1. Voluntary cancellation before shipment

Would you like to cancel an order before it has left our warehouse?

• Timeframe: As we often process orders within a few hours on weekdays, please contact us immediately by email at info@calo-shop.com .
• Procedure: If your package has not yet been handed over to our logistics partner, we will stop the shipment free of charge and refund the purchase price immediately.
  

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

• Costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  
• Refund: We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them.
  

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened CaloVital cans, shaker packs or bars).
