Right of withdrawal

1. Cancellation before shipping (voluntary)

Would you like to cancel an order before it has left our warehouse? Please contact us immediately at info@calo-shop.com. We often process orders within a few hours on business days. If your order has not yet been handed over to our logistics partner, we will stop the shipment free of charge and refund the purchase price immediately.

2. Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.

When purchasing digital gift vouchers (delivered by email), the withdrawal period is thirty days from the day the contract was concluded. No return is required. You may voluntarily provide us with the voucher code for identification purposes. Any balance already redeemed will be deducted from the refund.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://calo-shop.com/pages/eu-widerrufsformular. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information about the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless you have expressly agreed to another method; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund. We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Shipmunks Fulfillment, c/o KAP3 PREMIUM PRODUCTS, Nirmer Weg 20, 52080 Aachen, Germany, immediately and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

End of cancellation policy

Note on the deadline: The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days. We voluntarily extend it to 30 days. The remaining deadlines in the policy (14 days for refund and return) remain unchanged.

Early expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
