If we have made a mistake and you have received the wrong product, for example, we will of course take responsibility for this and replace your product immediately. In these cases, the return is also free of charge for you. The same applies if your order was damaged by the transport service en route. We ask for your understanding that we cannot cover the costs of returns for reasons such as "I've changed my mind" or "I don't need it anymore", as DHL or DPD unfortunately do not accept these reasons and want the shipping costs paid.
