When will my order be shipped?

All orders received by 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched the following working day.

How long does shipping take?

In most cases, your order will be with you the next working day. If your delivery does not arrive within 72 hours, please contact us and we will take care of it immediately.

Why didn't my order arrive?

It can often happen that you were not at home when the delivery was made and the package was either left at a packing station or taken away again. In these cases, you will usually receive a notification from the parcel service. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.

Is return shipping free?

If we have made a mistake and you have received the wrong product, for example, we will of course take responsibility for this and replace your product immediately. In these cases, the return is also free of charge for you. The same applies if your order was damaged by the transport service en route. We ask for your understanding that we cannot cover the costs of returns for reasons such as "I've changed my mind" or "I don't need it anymore", as DHL or DPD unfortunately do not accept these reasons and want the shipping costs paid.

When will more products from CaloVital be available?

Our development team is constantly working on new products that can help you gain weight. You can definitely look forward to some new and delicious products in the first half of the year. A high-calorie CaloVital soup line is currently being developed, as are other flavors for our CaloCake bar.
